    Building Relationships
    - shelve spanish books together
    - use bilingual signs

    Cultural Differences
    - ease into conversation, exchange pleasantries, more personal contact

    Offer Meaningful services
    - have natives teach library skills
    - recruit volunteers from the community
    - consider childcare and transportation
